Fujita Rashi Kougyou Co, Ltd., welcomed three second-year students from Toyota High School of Technology and Engineering for a three-day internship from August 20 to 22, 2025, as part of the school’s efforts to promote career education.
During the internship, students participated in classroom training that included an overview of our company’s business operations and business etiquette training. Subsequently, they gained practical experience through hands-on activities in the Manufacturing Department, Production Management Department, and Quality Assurance Department, which helped deepen their understanding of manufacturing industry operations.
Participants shared their valuable feedback about the internship experience:
‘I gained a new understanding of the challenges involved in real work. While I initially had a somewhat rigid image of the manufacturing industry, I was able to complete the internship without feeling tense.’
‘I learned about the challenges and responsibilities of work that I couldn’t have understood in school alone.’
