Two technical intern trainees from our company have won awards – the Grand Prize and an Honorable Mention – in the “33rd Japanese Language Essay Contest for Technical Intern Trainees” organized by the Japan International Trainee & Skilled Worker Cooperation Organization (JITCO).
This contest was launched in 1993 with the aim of improving Japanese language proficiency among technical intern trainees. In this 33rd edition, out of 1,188 submitted essays, 4 entries were selected for the Grand Prize, 4 for Excellence Awards, 12 for Merit Awards, and 15 for Honorable Mentions.
On October 3, 2025, the award ceremony for Grand Prize winners was held during the JITCO Exchange Conference.
Additionally, during the best practices presentation session titled “Success of Foreign Human Resources and Corporate Development – Japanese Language Communication and Career Path Design,” our company employee gave a presentation introducing our Japanese language education initiatives and community exchange activities.

We are deeply honored that these awards not only represent the tireless efforts of our technical intern trainees but also serve as recognition of our company’s commitment to human resource development.
Moving forward, we will continue to create an environment where all employees, regardless of nationality, can thrive, and contribute to international human resource exchange and development.
