On May 20, the QCC Convention was held at Fujita Rashi Kougyo Co., Ltd.
This activity is a field-led effort to improve work efficiency and quality by giving shape to awareness of problems in daily operations. This year, as in previous years, some of our domestic and overseas locations presented their respective improvement results.
Introduction of improvements example by national and international representative teams
Seven of the 21 teams from domestic sites that entered the pre-selection process passed the screening and took the stage.
The presentation showcased innovative ideas cultivated at each location, as well as improvement examples incorporating such as digital transformation (DX) and environmental considerations.
This is the third consecutive year that Fujita Global Locations have participated in the QC presentations, and this year a total of four teams from the following four locations came to Japan.

Further Group synergies through on-site inspections and dialogue
The overseas members who came to Japan for the presentation toured the Toyota Office and Okazaki Production Facility. This was a valuable opportunity to deepen their understanding of manufacturing in Japan by seeing firsthand the thoroughness of “5S”, safety measures, and state-of-the-art production facilities.
The group also held a face-to-face meeting to exchange opinions with Japanese employees, who normally could only communicate with each other through a screen. Lively discussions transcended language barriers, further strengthening the group’s solidarity and relationships.
