On July 6, as part of the “Summer Program” by Nanzan University, international students visited the headquarters of Fujita Rashi Kougyou Co., Ltd.

On the day of the event, we held a company presentation to help participants understand our business and a tour of our headquarters.

As part of the training program, participants engaged in hands-on practice of Japanese business etiquette, such as exchanging business cards. They also learned about the process of job hunting in Japan and exchanged views on how it differs from the job-hunting process in their home countries.

We received feedback saying, “It was fascinating to see firsthand what it’s like to work at a Japanese company.”

For our employees as well, it was a valuable opportunity to gain exposure to diverse perspectives, as they received various questions from the international students and learned about job-hunting conditions overseas.
